     Cortlandt Private Capital ("CPC")  invests in people. Its goal is to identify and partner with management teams of fast growing companies in large and growing markets with proven business models capable of being industry leaders.

 

     CPC knows that a company’s success depends upon exceptional leadership by the management team. Accordingly, CPC provides management with a significant stake in the successful performance of the company.

 

     CPC knows that it takes time to build a successful business.  While CPC will eventually monetize its investment, it does not let a preconceived timeline determine the timing of its exit.

 

     While CPC is open to investing in a variety of industry sectors, it has significant experience in the areas of consumer, retail distribution, restaurants and food service, health and wellness, computer software and hardware, telecom, internet, healthcare services,  biotech, and medical devices.
